Where is the course held / Is it all online?
The course is completely online all day, everyday! You will have 24/7 access to the online guides, audio tutors and video tutors. Study when and where it is convenient for you!
You may enroll from here and pay for your course via PayPal or Major Credit Card. You will have access to the course materials for 90 days.

Can I access the entire course immediately?
No. Your Enrollment Packet contains instructions on how to access the first 2 Units right away and many of your Freebies.

Will this class help my microblading?
We consider our class is be complimentary to any microblading class. Although we do not teach microblading, the fundamentals of expert eyebrow design you will learn with us will enhance all brow services.

Do I need to be Licensed or a Beauty Professional to earn the Certification?
If you have any questions, contact us prior to enrolling, as no refunds are given.
If you live in the United States, you must provide proof of one of the following to earn the Certification:
- A Licensed Esthetician, Waxer or Cosmetologist (your License MUST cover Hair Removal)
- A Permanent Makeup Artist with Proof of Credentials
- A Microblading Artist with Proof of Credentials
- A recently graduated or current Esthetics/Cosmetology Student and can provide Proof of Enrollment
- A Professional Makeup Artist with Professional Website and Online Portfolio (not your Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
US residents will be asked to provide their License Number/ Proof Of Credentials above during the exam process, prior to receiving the certificate. If you cannot provide proof of Licensing or Credentials, you will not earn the Certification and no refunds will be given. Do I earn Continuing Education Credits for this class?
No. Due to the many rules and regulations for each state and country, we do not offer Continuing Education Credits for our program.
You will get a certificate of completion from EyebrowMBA™ upon passing the final exam (which we know you'll ace!). Then you will have bragging rights at your salon! Please remember that this is not a license to perform hair removal services. The Certification is sent to you in an email as a Word Document or a PDF. United States residents must be professionally Licensed by their State in order to earn the certification. Also, you must pass the exam entirely on your own, no help from us (nope, we won't tell you which questions you missed:-)

How long will it take me to complete the course?
The course contains the materials we would teach in a 2-day class, including demos on models. So, you may be able to get through all of the guides, study, begin practicing and take the Certification Test in a weekend and never have to leave home to do it! Applying what you have learned and perfecting your technique will take longer, which is why you will have access to the course materials for many months.

How long do I have access to the course once I have enrolled?
You have access for 90 days from the date that you enroll. After that, you would need to re-enroll to continue access to the materials. You must take and pass your Certification Test within that time period, or you will need to re-enroll.

Will it be legal for me to do brows once I am certified?
NO!!! You must check your state and country's regulations with regards to hair removal services and what type of schooling/licensing/insurance you need. This is not a license to perform services in a salon or obtain insurance.

Do you teach eyebrow extensions, permanent makeup or microblading?
No, we do not. You will not learn eyebrow extensions, eyebrow microblading/embroidery or permanent makeup with our course.

I own a salon. Can my salon be certified?
Due to the high turnover rate in our industry, we do not offer a general salon certification. Each employee would need to earn their individual EyebrowMBA Certification. Feel free to contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Do I need to buy my own supplies, like wax and thread?
Yes. We have a comprehensive list of products that we like and recommend and where to purchase them from included in the Curriculum.
You will need to supply all of your own tools...we supply the know-how!

Can I just buy the (threading, waxing, etc) part of the course?
Unfortunately, you have found the most comprehensive eyebrow design course on the market, and we just can't break it up for you!

How much does the course cost and how do I pay?
$139 USD...and you can learn in your jammies!! We accept PayPal for payment. You do not need a PayPal account to enroll. You will have access to all materials for 90 days.

What is your refund policy?
Because of the digital delivery, we do not offer refunds for any reason. By making a payment, you are agreeing to this as part of the Terms Of Use.
You may enroll from this page. Then you will provide your contact details. You will then be directed to PayPal, where you may pay with a credit card or your PayPal account. You do not need a PayPal account to enroll.

How does the enrollment process go?
1. Test Your Computer to be sure you can see and download the course as we do not offer refunds for any reason.
2. From that page, click on Enroll Now or the Register Now Menu button
3. Fill in the form and agree to the Terms Of Use
4. You will be redirected to the payment form and then to PayPal
5. Pay for the course with you PayPal account or most major Credit Cards
6. Once your payment is complete, you will be able to download your Enrollment Packet

How will I access the course materials?
Everything you need will be on password protected pages on our site. See our Test My Computer page for all of the details and to test your system. A PC or laptop is suggested. We DO NOT provide individual technical support.

What kind of internet connection do I need?
You should have a high speed internet connection. Videos are large and many are viewable in HD, so a slow connection may not allow you to view the videos.

Can I view the entire course on my phone/iPad/tablet?
Maybe. Some phones yes, others no. The iPad may need the cache cleared every so often. For best viewing, we suggest a desktop or laptop with a high speed internet connection.

How long do I have access to the course work online?
You have access for 90 days from the date that you enroll. After that, you would need to re-enroll to continue access to the materials. You must take and pass your Certification Test within that time period, or you will need to re-enroll.

How long do I have to complete the course and take the Certification Exam?
You will have 90 days from the date you start to complete the course and take the exam. If you do not take the exam within this time period, you may re-enroll (at full price) in the program for an additional 90 days. The exam link is located at the bottom of the Curriculum page. Once you pass the exam, your Certificate will be sent via email as a Word Document or a PDF.

A link to the exam is located at the bottom of the Curriculum page. Remember: United States Residents must be Licensed/Credentialed to earn the certification. You will be asked for proof. Please email us with any concerns. You have 90 days from enrollment to take the exam. Once you pass, your certificate will be sent to you via email as a Word Document or PDF.

How do I send you my Credentials to qualify for the Exam?
You will be asked to provide your License Number during the Exam. All other Credentials can be emailed to us. A quick picture with your phone of any Certifications, Diplomas, etc. will be fine.

What if I don't pass the Certification Exam on the first try?
You may take the Certification Exam as many times as needed to pass, as long as it is before your course access expires. Once your access expires, you will need to re-enroll to earn your Certification. Also, you must pass the exam with no assistance from us. We will not reveal which questions you got wrong or right, etc.
You will learn our methods and techniques of eyebrow design. We prefer an all tweeze method that is gentle and precise, but we also show you Threading ,Waxing and Razoring beginner techniques. Will I learn how to thread brows?
Yes! You will learn Eyebrow Threading for Beginners. If you have never Threaded, this is the place to start! Step by Step instructions and videos will walk you through Beginner Eyebrow Threading Techniques. Please remember that Threading takes years of practice to master. We prefer an all tweeze method and all eyebrow design session videos are in that modality.

Will I learn how to wax brows?
Yes! You will learn Eyebrow Waxing for Beginners. If you are new to eyebrow waxing, this is the place to start! Step by Step guides and videos will teach you Beginner Eyebrow Waxing Techniques. Remember that becoming a proficient waxer takes time and practice. We prefer an all tweeze method and all eyebrow design session videos will be using an all tweeze method.
There are many ways to practice, including on yourself, friends and family and mannequin heads. You need to supply your model!

How long will it take me to be good at threading/waxing/eyebrow design?
It could take some time, it all depends on how much you practice and how dedicated you are to learning. You can start using all of your new skills today...but it may just take you some time to actually become good at them and perform them flawlessly on a client.

What if I have eyebrow questions during the course?
In the curriculum, there is a database of questions as they are submitted by students, so first check there to see if your question has already been answered. If not, send your question in an email to eyebrowmba@gmail.com and end up helping not only yourself...but all the other students as well! Allow 72 hours for a response. Please read, listen to and/or watch all materials in that unit before submitting questions.

If your payment was accepted, you should have received your download link in an email. Be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folder. If all else fails, send us an email and we can easily help you out!

Logging in right after I purchased the course
You will need to wait up to 24 Hours to get full access to the curriculum while we create your account. You will then get a Welcome Email from us with all of your Login details. At that time, you will have full access to the curriculum.
You should immediately get an email with the download link for your Enrollment Packet. In the Enrollment Packet are instructions on how to access the first two Units plus lots of other goodies!

The videos are slow, I can't get them to stream correctly
Click on the Settings Symbol near the bottom right corner of many of the videos. Click on it to choose the Definition of the video. When choosing to view the videos is lower definition, the videos will stream much more easily, but the quality will go down a bit.

I am getting a weird message when trying to play the video/audio tutor
Our video and audio tutors are hosted by www.vimeo.com . Sometimes, they have an overload on their system, and you will receive a message that the audio/video you are trying to access is unavailable. Wait a few minutes, and reload your page and clear your cache if necessary. You should find this works 99% of the time. If Vimeo is experiencing a major slow down or outage, please be patient and try again at a later time. We will post any major issues we are aware of on the Welcome Curriculum page when you login. Making the video larger/louder
To make them larger and access volume controls, click on the little "out arrows" (you may see 2 or 4 in a cluster) on the bottom right corner of the video or audio tutor itself. Then, use the escape key to reduce the size once you are finished viewing the video.

My PDFs look weird, with little symbols and boxes
There are known issues with the display when using Firefox as your browser. Simply use another browser if you have display issues when opening any PDF.
Your credentials will expire after inactivity. You don't need to logout, it will happen automatically. If that concerns you, simply clear your cache.
