The Audio Lectures are set automatically to play at maximum volume. 

There is a small arrow icon with four corners in the bottom right hand corner of each Lecture.  Click on that small icon in the corner to make the audio full screen.  In full screen mode, you can adjust the volume, pause, fast forward and rewind the Lecture.

You may also use your device's volume control to adjust the volume up and down as needed.
