Where is the course held / Is it all online?
The course is completely online all day, everyday! Once you enroll, you will have 24/7 access to the online guides, audio tutors and video tutors. Study when and where it is convenient for you!
You may enroll on the Registration page and pay for your course via PayPal. You will have access to the course materials for 90 days.

Do I need to be Licensed now?
No...unless you are a United States Resident.
United States Residents: You may only earn the Certification if currently Licensed as a Cosmetologist or Esthetician by your State. If you are currently in cosmetology school in the United States, you may take the course and exam, but you will not be sent your Certification until you have earned and can provide your State License number.

Do I earn Continuing Education Credits for this class?
Due to the many rules and regulations for each state and country, we do not offer Continuing Education Credits for our program.
You will get a certificate of completion from EyebrowMBA™ upon passing the final exam (which we know you'll ace!). Then you will have bragging rights at your salon! Please remember that this is not a license to perform hair removal services. The Certification is sent to you in an email as a Word Document or a PDF. United States residents must be professionally Licensed by their State in order to earn the cerftification.

How long will it take me to complete the course?
The course contains the materials we would teach in a 2-day class, inluding demos on models. So, you may be able to get through all of the guides, study and take the Certification Test in a weekend and never have to leave home to do it! Applying what you have learned and perfecting your technique will take longer, which is why you will have access to the course materials for many months.

How long do I have access to the course once I have enrolled?
You have access for 90 days from the date that you enroll. After that, you would need to re-enroll to continue access to the materials. You must take and pass your Certification Test within that time period, or you will need to re-enroll.

Will it be legal for me to do brows once I am certified?
NO!!! You must check your state and country's regulations with regards to hair removal services and what type of schooling/licensing you need. This is not a license to perform services in a salon.

Can I just buy the (threading, waxing, etc) part of the course?
Unfortunately, you have found the most comprehensive eyebrow design course on the market, and we just can't break it up for you!

How much does the course cost and how do I pay?
$129.00...and you can learn in your jammies!! We accept PayPal for payment. You will have access to all materials for 90 days.
You may enroll by going to our Registration page where you will provide contact details and create your User Name and Password. You will then be directed to PayPal, where you may pay with a credit card or your PayPal account.

How does the enrollment process go?
1. Test Your Computer to be sure you can see and download the course as we do not offer refunds for any reason.
2. From that page, click on Enroll Now or the Register Now Menu button
3. Fill in the form and agree to the Terms and Conditions
4. You will be redirected to PayPal
5. Pay for the course with you PayPal account or any major Credit Card
6. Once your payment is complete, you will be redirected back to the Login Page
7. Check your email for your PayPal receipt and your Login details

What is your refund policy?
Because all of the material is instant digital delivery, we do not offer refunds for any reason.

I cancelled my enrollment during the payment process, but changed my mind and want to enroll
No problem! Just go back to the Registration page and enter your information again. You will need to create a different User Name and Password when you attempt to enroll again. If you have any problems, email us.

How will I access the course materials?
Everything you need will be on password protected pages on our site. See our Test My Computer page for all of the details and to test your system. A PC or laptop is suggested. We DO NOT provide individual technical support.

What kind of internet connection do I need?
You should have a high speed internet connection. Videos are large and many are viewable in HD, so a slow connection may not allow you to view the videos.

Can I view the entire course on my phone/iPad/tablet?
Maybe. Some phones yes, others no. The iPad may need the cache cleared every so often. For best viewing, we suggest a desktop or laptop with a high speed internet connection.

How long do I have access to the course work online?

How long do I have to complete the course and take the Certification Exam?
You will have 90 days from the date you start to complete the course and take the exam. If you do not take the exam within this time period, you may re-enroll (at full price) in the program for an additional 90 days. The exam link is located at the bottom of the Curriculum page. Once you pass the exam, your Certificate will be sent via email as a Word Document or a PDF.

Where do I find the Certification Exam?
A link to the exam is located at the bottom of the Curriculum page. Remember: United States Residents must be licensed to earn the certification. Please email us with any concerns. You have 90 days from enrollment to take the exam. Once you pass, your certificate will be sent to you via email as a Word Document or PDF.

What if I don't pass the Certification Exam on the first try?
You may take the Certification Exam as many times as needed to pass, as long as it is before your course access expires. Once your access expires, you will need to re-enroll to earn your Certification.
You will learn our methods and techniques of eyebrow design. We prefer an all tweeze method that is gentle and precise, but we also show you Threading ,Waxing and Razoring Beginner Techniques for Brows. There will be written lessons, audio lectures and video demonstrations. To get more details, visit our What You'll Learn page.

Will I learn how to thread brows?
Yes! You will learn Eyebrow Threading for Beginners. If you have never Threaded, this is the place to start! Step by Step instructions and videos will walk you through Beginner Eyebrow Threading Techniques. Please remember that Threading takes years of practice to master. We prefer an all tweeze method and all eyebrow design session videos are in that modality.

Will I learn how to wax brows?
Yes! You will learn Eyebrow Waxing for Beginners. If you are new to eyebrow waxing, this is the place to start! Step by Step guides and videos will teach you Beginner Eyebrow Waxing Techniques. Remember that becoming a proficient waxer takes time and practice. We prefer an all tweeze method and all eyebrow design session videos will be using an all tweeze method.

What if I have eyebrow questions during the course?
We will be compiling a database of questions as they are submitted by students, so first check there to see if your question has already been answered. If not, send your question in an email to eyebrowmba@gmail.com and end up helping not only yourself...but all the other students as well! Allow 72 hours for a response. Please read, listen to and/or watch all materials in that unit before submitting questions.

Logging in right after I purchased the course
Access to the course materials should be immediate. Be sure that you are entering the correct User Name and Password that you created during registration. They are case sensitive. Request your User Name/Password be resent to you on the Student Login Page by clicking on Forgot Your Password.
Clear your computer's cache (here's how), this resolves most issues immediately. If you still cannot login after 1 day, please email us with your name, email and PayPal receipt transaction number and we should be able to help you out!

I can't get back to the main curriculum page, where all the Units are listed
Go to the Student Login button on the top menu. The menu is a drop down menu, click on Welcome Curriculum. Or, go to the menu at the bottom of the page, and under Current Students, click on Main Curriculum.

Seeing the videos/hearing the audio tutor/viewing the documentation
Please go back and be sure your computer is ready to view the course. Test your computer again here and visit our Technical Support Page Unfortunately, we do not offer technical support on an individual basis. We will do our best to post any system wide outages on the Student Login Welcome page.

The videos are slow, I can't get them to stream correctly?
There is an orange "HD" symbol near the bottom right corner of many of the videos. Click on it to turn the High Definition off or on. With the HD off, the videos will stream much more easily, but the quality will go down a bit.

I am getting a weird message when trying to play the video/audio tutor
Our video and audio tutors are hosted by www.vimeo.com . Sometimes, they have an overload on their system, and you will receive a message that the audio/video you are trying to access is unavailable. Wait a few minutes, and reload your page and clear your cache if necessary. You should find this works 99% of the time. If Vimeo is experiencing a major slow down or outage, please be patient and try again at a later time. We will post any major issues we are aware of on the Welcome Curriculum page when you login. Making the video larger/louder
To make them larger and access volume controls, click on the little "out arrows" (you may see 2 or 4 in a cluster) on the bottom right corner of the video or audio tutor itself. Then, use the escape key to reduce the size once you are finished viewing the video.
Every Curriculum page has a Logout link in the top left corner. Click on this link and it will take you back to the Student Login Page. You will then see a link to Logout.
Go to the Student Login page. Under the Login button, click on Forgot My Password. Enter the information requested. You must know your User Name and Email that you signed up with.
